BBC Children in Need 2016

The Limited Edition Pudsey Moneybox

Over 10,000 Pudsey Moneyboxes sold in Bank of Scotland branches in 2016.

Every penny went directly to BBC Children in Need, helping disadvantaged children in the UK.

Bank of Scotland has been producing moneyboxes since 1929, with designs varying over the years from the original book-shaped moneyboxes to oval moneyboxes which measured how many crowns and shillings were saved, to the famous hippos of the 1970s.

The 2016 limited edition Pudsey Moneybox featured Pudsey holding a whiteboard and pen, allowing children to create their own messages and drawings.
