Peaks for Pudsey

19th September 2015 - 20th September 2015Happening nation wide

24 Lake District peaks climbed in 24 hours.

After months of training and fundraising 35 of our colleagues completed the challenge of climbing 24 peaks in 24 hours in the Lake District.

Each peak was over 2,400ft, and although this added to the challenge, it was all in aid of a very good cause.

William Garrett, an Apprentice within the Group and one of the trekkers, said "I decided to take part in this challenge for BBC Children in Need because I realise how lucky I am to have grown up in a loving and caring family where I have always had a number of opportunities to thrive; something which so many young people don't."
