Team London

This challenge felt like the next step to my madness.

The reason I applied to take part in the Tour de Pudsey was because I like a challenge, which will push my personal boundaries in terms of fitness! I am not your average athlete and suffer from Asthma so this challenge with others encourages me to keep fit and healthy.

BBC Children In Need is an amazing charity which provides support for those that need it most and because of the spectrum of projects it supports it does so many different things to help others. After three successful Great North Runs and the London Marathon in 2015, I felt this was the next step to madness! All 300 plus miles. I've never cycled seriously in my life . . . except after the ice cream van when I was little! Unfortunately I don't think that counts so wish me luck.
