Foot out, flat out.

I've always been in to mountain biking since I was a kid, but I'm more of a social biker who only goes out at the weekend with friends and the odd cycling holiday abroad. As a result of that, I'm not the fittest on the bike and I've really wanted to step up and increase my fitness and this is what appealed to me when I was made aware of the Tour de Pudsey. Having also raised money doing other challenges such as Yorkshire 3 Peaks, I was really excited at the thought of pushing myself to cycle 300 miles and to raise lots of money for BBC Children in Need.
The thing I'm most looking forward is cycling with a sound bunch of people for 3 days and the camaraderie that will come from that. I also can't wait to get to out in the countryside and enjoy the lovely scenery.
