Supporting projects in communities across the UK.

My girlfriend, Jane works with children and young adults with Autism. She will often come home with stories of how she makes them laugh and how she has helped to make a difference to their lives. Jane has used her training to help children who struggle to communicate to use tools and alternate strategies to start simple communication. She told me that BBC Children in Need has supported projects in our community that have helped improve the lives of children of all abilities.
It was for this reason that when I was given the opportunity to fundraise for BBC Children in Need, through taking part in the Tour de Pudsey cycling challenge, that I jumped at the chance.
