Team Edinburgh

Be the change you wish to see in the world.

Since I was a child helping out in the community has been a passion of mine. When the opportunity arose to take part in Tour de Pudsey this year I jumped at the chance to be able to do something really great for BBC Children in Need and make a big difference to children and young people across the country.
The fact that I would be cycling 300 miles from Edinburgh to Pudsey was an afterthought! Having never really cycled since I was a teenager, I knew that I will have to train hard over the coming months but it will be worth it.
I have had quite a fortunate life but I have known many people that have not been as fortunate, so for me, raising an incredible amount for them that can make a difference to their lives will be truly special.
