Team London

Live by the belief that a positive mind attracts good luck and good things!

Every year I watch the BBC Children in Need Appeal Show, listening to individual stories of children who deal with grief, mental and physical disabilities, abuse or trauma and it never fails to make me want to do more to help.
This year, I wanted to help contribute more than the £20 I donate each year to this special charity, one which has local projects running all around us. For the past three years, I have committed to an ‘event’ to help raise money for a charity. In 2013 I ran the London Marathon for Sense. In 2014 I completed Tough Mudder for Help for Heroes. In 2015, I completed three triathlons for a local hospital. And 2016 the challenge is to cycle over 300 miles for BBC Children In Need.
This is my opportunity to help those who may be suffering.
